Anyone who loves their exercise knows that you need a healthy dose of protein to promote muscle growth after a workout, but did you know you can get everything you need from a chocolate brownie?

All you need is bananas, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, some nut-based butter, and a pinch of salt, along with your favourite chocolate-flavoured protein powder. They only take 20 minutes to make, and can even be topped with an avocado chocolate frosting.
